Moodle Cloud (help!): Error

Hi, 

I'm relatively new to Moodle but have some experience. I just upgraded my Moodle Cloud plan to the "large" size at 2,000AUD and immediately upon upgrading my site has become useless with an error message:

ERROR!!! The code you are using is OLDER than the version that made these databases!

I don't write code, and I don't host this site myself. It's a Moodle Cloud site. How can this be fixed?
