While upgrading my Moodle site to the latest version 3.11+ I faced an (Unexpected t_else error).
I checked the environment and everything was as recommended .
Could anyone help in that.

What version of PHP do you have?
Try enabling debugging, what does that show when the error occurs?
The PHP version is 7.3.29
