If you cannot download a section, I'd recommend to try to download each activity or resource independently so you will know which ones to revise in detail

Moreover I'd like to mention that the Moodle app currently requires Android 4.4 or higher, but we'll soon increase it to Android 5.1 or higher. See https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=419376 and https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=417306. We are working on updating the documentation
