Hi,

Sorry I am new to Moodle.  We are on 3.9 and is planning to up for 3.10.4.

How do I check what LTI version is running in 3.9 and when we upgrade to 3.10.4.

Is there a LTI plugin we need to install or it comes as the 3.10.4 package?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi Joyce,

Both 3.9 and 3.10 are certified for both 1.1 and 1.3. You can view Moodle's IMS certifications here: https://site.imsglobal.org/certifications/moodle/moodle.

You don't need any extra plugins to consume tools over either 1.1 or 1.3. This functionality comes as part of the standard Moodle install. You can see the docs on that here: https://docs.moodle.org/311/en/External_tool_settings#Adding_a_tool_site-wide.

Currently, LTI Advantage (1.3) is the recommended means to consume tools.
