Today one of the lecturer reported to me that he can't find a quiz, I checked the course logs and filtered to see changes and delete, unfortunately, delete log was not there, then I created a test course and added a quiz, then I deleted, I was not able to find a log who and when the quiz deleted.
Below screenshot shows two logs (Creation of the quiz):
Same page when I deleted the quiz, the report shows exactly same record (no record to show who deleted the quiz).
Now, I tried to restore deleted quiz from recyclebin (which I enabled to keep deleted items for 3 months), but the deleted quiz was not there.
Can you please help me how to find who delete a quiz in Moodle? and How we can disable quiz deletion in case?
