The teacher set the time  in the quiz settings for a futere date:



This quiz opened at Thursday, 13 May 2021, 5:00 PM

This quiz will close on Friday, 14 May 2021, 11:59 PM.

 

The student get this when he wants to answer the quiz:

Attempts allowed: 1

This quiz closed on Sunday, 27 December 2020, 1:57 AM

Check if there is anything set in Quiz settings -> User overrides and Quiz settings -> Group overrides.

Not on the settings form.

On the front page of the quiz, in the Gear menu (or in the Settings block depending on which theme you use).
