We are using Moodle 3.10.3, Boost theme, own server.
This morning, (about 10 hours ago), we posted a site-wide (not course site-specific) announcement about the next Moodle releases to our site, but the users did not receive it by email.
The post appears in the Latest Announcements block; see screenprint #1.
The checkbox option to enable users to receive the announcement without time delay was checked when the announcement was posted. #2
Subscription to the forum posts is forced, see screenprint #3.
A check of users' notification preferences in their profiles, for email, far right, reveals ON, to receive forum posts by email when not logged into Moodle; see #4.
What else should we check to ensure announcements is working so users receive the posts by their email in their profiles? Suggested fix(es)?
