Cannot translate preconfigured tool name and description

When I try to add multilang spans to my tool name and description, these are not working. They are not even shown in strings.

How can I obtain name and description in different languages for my preconfigured tool?

Hi Chiara,

We would like for this to support multilang, however, the issue that proposed this (https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-60595) needed more work, and was reopened. Please feel free to add your +1 to that issue in hope Luca will pick it up again and get it over the line.
