Hello all,

I seem to be getting very sporadic event monitoring emails - they seem to sometimes get delayed by a couple of days, up to a week in some cases!

All my alerts are for assignment submissions.

Is there anything I can do to either speed this up and get it to be a bit more reliable?

I've looked into cron jobs and they're all running fine - has anyone got any ideas about this?

Hi Benjamin,

The only reason it will be delayed is when the cron is not processing it in time or your mailbox is filtering it or holding it back. How often does your cron run?
