I've assigned the manager role to a category and this works for having them create courses. I'd also like to give some of my managers the ability to bulk create users. To be able to bulk create user accounts, I believe they need to be "assigned a system role". I've checked this out and see that it gives the manager many more "system" permissions than I want them to have. Is there a way to limit the permissions one gets when assigned a system role? Actually, I really only want managers to be able to bulk create user accounts. Anyone know a way to do this so they don't get all those other site-level permissions?
