I see this message on 1 vm after updating the other vm, is there any tips or advice on how to check the actual issue or turn logging on or anything i can do to help diagnose this issue. The first vm I have is fine, second one just says this and not sure how to see the cause other than checking the apache log which doesnt say anything is wrong.
Any help much appreciated - tried reading a few other posts but havent found a way to get more info.
