How can I create a course where the learner needs to complete the topic to be able to access the next topic?

Was thinking in a multiple choice question to be the necessary step for the next topic.

I was also thinking to have the activities as part of the completion (hope makes sense)

Hi Paulo, with restrict access, you can Edit the Topic and add restrict access rules that state the student must have completed each preceding activity (by name) :

Keep in mind, you must set inside each individual activity what "complete" means -- whether a student must "view" an activity, "submit" an activity, or "receive a grade" on an activity
