No Download course option available in Course Settings

Hi,

Just trying to disable download option in all course, but I can't see the option Download Course in administrator > Course > Download course content (like in this tutorials: https://docs.moodle.org/311/en/Download_course_content)

Need your help, please. Thank you in advanced.

Are you sure you're running Moodle 3.10+ ?

I see, we running in Moodle 3.8.2 (Build: 20200309)

But the functionality was introduced in M3.10, so that will be why.
