Unfortunately there seems to be a problem currently with AMOS when searching with "All" components selected, as mentioned in the discussion on lang.moodle.org Re: AMOS Update and reported as MDLSITE-6423.
Hopefully the problem will soon be fixed. In the meantime, a work-around mentioned by David is to select "Standard" components only or select "All" components then de-select a few of them.
