Cannot access language customization

Hello.. my Moodle site uses the Fordson theme, and for some reason I cannot access the language customization. When click on the language I wish to customize, I get the loader, it will sometimes go up to 40% in about .09 secs. but hangs there. The server then becomes unresponsive for about 1-2 mins. I once got a 504 gateway error, but besides that, the spin wheel just stops and nothing else happens.

Any clues?

I'm on Moodle 3.10+

Hi Marc,

I doubt that the theme you are using is the cause of the error, but you can easily check by temporarily switching to one of the standard themes (Boost or Classic).

Otherwise, I am going to move your post to the Languages forum where the language customisation experts hang out.
