Logs during an quiz that has all questions on one page

Dear Moodlers,

Is there a way to consult the logs of students for a quiz that has all the questions on one page ? especially when answers are saved ? 

Remark: the logs do not show anything during a quiz.

Is there a plugin that allow a student to click "save" for each question ?

If you put each question on its own page, when the student clicks "Next," the logstore table logs this event (as far as I know.) Give it a try.
