Greetings

I have a problem with email notifications to teachers and managers when sending messages in the forums, students do receive the messages from the forums to their email, but teachers or managers do not receive it.

My email configuration is correct, the cron is activated every hour, in the teacher's preferences is to receive a summary and the forums are with forced subscription.

I don't know if it is a role permission or what could be happening, I ask you to help me, I have Moodle 3.8.4 installed.
