I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction for trying to resolve a request I was given. If at all possible, I need to add custom content to a specific admin page (namely /admin/user.php). I've attached a screenshot showing a green box with "This is only a test" where the content would prefer to be placed, which would be directly above the User count on the admin "Browse list of users" page. I'm just not sure how to achieve this through Moodle (if it's at all possible). Would this be done through notifications? through overriding templates with a moustache file? Directly editing a core PHP file?
