Help! I have one professor who's view of assignments is somehow set to REVERSE alphabetical order by last name. As admin, I can view his assignment results and switch between first name/last name in which both show in alphabetical order. In his view, if he clicks Last name, he sees reverse alphabetical order. If he clicks first name, it appears to be in random order. This is true for ALL assignments in ALL of his courses. I have tried the "reset table preferences" and I'm sure there are no filters in place. I think this has something to do with his user preferences; anyone have any suggestions?
