Recycle Bin issue in Moodle 3.9

Hi Guys


    i got issue on my moodle where this recycle bin is not working properly

whenever  i delete anything or topic or course

it was not sending in recycle bin instead when i check if there is the deleted file

then it was not... any resolution here guys? all the crons are working properly



i check all the corn setup and still not working

please please help

Hello,

Have you double-checked that the recycle bin is enabled in Site administration / Plugins / Admin tools?

yes it is enabled. i already checked all in there but still it is not going to the bin
