I would like to know how to get the user info(Username) and course name on the badges which is generated after the course dynamically.
That is not how badges work - I think you are looking for a certificate maybe?
No For badges and certificate both . Once completion of course I wanted to display on the image both with Student Name and Course name on the certificate and Badges on image dynamically
You can't do that with a badge.

Yes, you can create a badge and assign whoever you want to it in the badge settings.
