Good morning MoodleCloud forum,
We are looking at purchasing MoodleCloud Starter. We are a digital curriculum provider for CTE materials and would like to have a testing / development environment for our LTI (External Tools) integration. I have read over the detailed plan information but I am confused about one thing.

Plugin and theme installation is not supported. I was working in the hour long sandbox and the external tools area was found under plugins.
Does this mean that external tools are not allowed or supported with MoodleCloud?
