Hello dears, 

In the moodlecloud plan, the BBB recordings for how long are the sessions stored? The other question is, if the session recordings are stored in the BBB cloud or are they stored locally in the space of moodlecloud host?

Hi Julio,

Recordings are made available for 1 year after the session has finished and the recordings are stored on the BigBlueButtons server. You can read more about how to set up the recording in our FAQ's.

Hello When I click to your link "our FAQ's", I dont see the process to collect the recording.

How can I access to the server BBB storage please?
