I am running Moodle 3.9 and wish to adjust due dates for multiple assignments at once. I have read many articles on this but they all reference Reports->Dates and that doesn't exists in my view. What am I missing?

It's a plug-in you'll need to install (https://moodle.org/plugins/report_editdates) and once installed there is 1 permission that allows non-admin users to see it (if not already set to permit)
I installed the plugin and set perms to allow for Teacher, Course Creator and Manager. I am listed in all 3 roles, but still there is no "Dates" under the Reports tab in Site Administration. I have checked that it is allowed for all 3 roles along with moodle/course:update (and manageactivities).

I found it. So why are there different options when I click on the "More..." under the cog vs going to Site Administration?
I don't use the theme with the cog, but I believe the cog is "course administration" (not the same as site administration).
