restore backup from local server filepath

Main concept:

I backed up a course in my Moodle site (let's call it 'A') and I want to restore it in another Moodle site (let's call it 'B'). I downloaded the course backup from Moodle site 'A' and I uploaded via ftp (Filezilla) on the server where my Moodle site 'B' is hosted. I choose this method, instead of just drag-n-drop, because the  backup file is too big (1BG) and there is a limit file size from server side and the server administrator bans the increase of this limit.

The problem is that I cannot find the backup file .mbz that I transfered via ftp in Moodle site 'B' from file picker  -> server files

Where should I transfer my backup file on Moodle site 'B' In order to view it? In which filepath of Moodle site file sytem?

Thank you in advance

For that you need to create a Filesystem repository first and upload the .mbz file in to that. If it is already in the server, of course you can move the file to the Filesystem repository just created.
