I am trying to build our first feedback survey. I have chosen multichoice-single answer format. I have listed the answers in lines:
Excellent
Very good
Good
Satisfactory
Not satisfactory
When I save the question, 0/ shows up at the beginning of each line and my answers show up like this:
(0) Excellent
(0) Very good
(0) Good, and so on
I have no idea how to remove it.
Perhaps it is something very simple but I am quite new and don't know it.
Any ideas?
