Is this just me, or does everyone see the HTML code for an apostrophe appearing in the downloaded CSV and Excel files?
When I check the database table it shows encoding using utf-8 and collation as utf-8_unicode_ci...
When I check the feedback entries within the web page it (unsurprisingly) shows the apostrophe - I assume the browser is translating it.
When it is downloaded as CSV or Excel, since the database shows the HTML code too, the files contain the 'ampersand #039;' character.
How do we make it so that the apostrophe is stored as an apostrophe in the database or at least is downloaded as an apostrophe?
(EDIT: A workaround is to download as HTML and open in a browser, then select everything and copy / paste into a spreadsheet... but of course we shouldn't need to do that! ;) )
