Ability to change fonts missing in courses

I am running 3.9.1+ currently (I know 3.9.3+ is out). On our old moodle (3.6.9) set up we had the ability to modify fonts in the toolbar.

Now, in 3.9.1+ there is no option for fonts adjustment.

I don't see anywhere that I am supposed to add a plugin or anything. Am I missing something?

Sorry, I just realized I posted this in the 'Installation and Upgrading help' category.

There are two editors. The toolbar with no Font family option is the default Atto editor. If you switch to the TinyMCE editor you'll see this option again.

Individual users can set their editor in their preferences, and you can set the default site-wide under Site administration ▸ Plugins ▸ Text editors ▸ Manage editors.
