Upgraded from what moodle version to what moodle version?

Above might have required an upgrade to PHP:

For your server set up of php can you go to Moodle System Menu .. Server .. php info link to see/check version number and settings for temp.   Operating system?   temp setting in php?

Moodle should be using it's own temp directory in moodledata/temp

Ownerships/Permissions on moodledata/ recursively and especially on temp?

And just for good measure ... run the environment check to see if moodle reports anything that it suggest fixing! smile
