hi,

this message i get from my moodle site and this message appears from time to time, every time i restart apache to rework normal 

" Declaration of ArrayObject:sad) should be compatible with ArrayObject:: in --\\htdocs\\moodle\\cache\\lib.php on line 181 "

Which Moodle version? Have you applied the "latest" for that branch? It could already be fixed. Is your PHP version compatible with your Moodle version?

we are using moodle 3.7.2 and php version 7.1.7 and its compatible

So 3.7.x is no longer supported. You could try upgrading to 3.7.9, which should just be minor bug fixes and see if the problem goes away. Since 3.7.x is not even receiving security updates, I would highly recommend upgrading to a newer branch as soon as you can.
