Hi,

I am facing a problem with our Moodle (3.9)

one student uploaded a file for an assignment, it shows that she submitted the assignment

but there is no file in her upload

student can see the file when she logged in, I tried to log in as her and I find the file

but as teacher/admin I can't see it

do you have any suggestion as to why this is happening, and how to solve it

the problem in the assignment, file uploaded by the student does not appear to the teacher

Hi,

do you know how to search for the file in the database?
and why there is no file but the status is submitted 

for this student, I found the following log
The user with id '256 has updated the status of the submission with id '2769' for the assignment with course module id '2758' to the status 'submitted'.

is this normal?
