Error in quiz aptempt

Hello,

we're facing erros in several course with quiz attempt.

When I want to check the user quiz attempt from log, I'm getting the error:



In the logs, there are statement, that user completed the course


But in the system, the status is not done. 

Why could this happen? Any suggestion?

Which user is this? Are they a teacher or admin?

the user has the student role in this course.

Can you use Quiz settings -> Check permissions. Do the have mod/quiz:preview?

If not, is there any sign in the log that some user deleted this attempt?

Tim, thanks!
After investigation I found the reason -> course completion and course recompletion.
The course completion is set that QUIZ must be passed (on grade).
The course recompletion is set, that after 36 weeks, the course completion must be restarted.

First time, the user passed the test at 2020-01-20. Second time, same user passed the test at 2020-08-10, but the course completion did not recalculate. smile

Now I need to think how I could recalculate the completion status every time, when user performs the test.
