Notify teacher with email when a user passed or fails the quiz

I have searched a lot about this subject in the forum but didn't find any way to add for example students grade or fail/pass situation in notification email.

I use moodle 3.9.

In this link https://docs.moodle.org/2x/pl/Quiz_submission_email_notification , I see that I can add for example time taken. But I want to show the teacher that if someone has fail or pass the quiz. I know teacher can click on the quiz link to see the result but this is not what I want.

I tried to use grade2: {$a->grade} out of {$a->maxgrade} ({$a->percent}%) as string in my email. But this is not work.

If the pass or fail situation is sent in a separate email is also OK.

Any help?

I'm having the same issue, wondering if you've found any solution for this?
If pass or fail is too much to ask for, just showing the grade for the specific student will do. 

Appreciate any help!

(Using Moodle 3.5) 
I also checked here (https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=406866#p1643748), seemed like a similar issue, but still could not figure out how to add the result (actual grade or pass/fail).

Dear M Numata, I found a way but I'm still working on it. I used certificate plugin and this plugin send email to teacher whenever the student passes the quiz. But what I can't solve right now is:
1. I want the grade is also sent to the teacher , with the name of the student but I haven't been successful yet.
2. The certificate is issued just when the student passes the quiz not when he fails.
If I can solve these two issues, this way can be perfect.
