I have Moodle 3.5.11.
There is a pinned announcement.
But Front Page shows another (older and unpinned) announcement.
Why it could be?

Take a look at the "edit settings" link for your front page settings to see what number is listed for number of announcements. Also check that a non admin user is seeing what you as an admin are seeing. I have my announcements pinned and various "time delay settings" so I find that what I see is "wrong" since I have access to all posts, but when Students log in they see what they should.

Ahaha! RE-pinning the announcement solves the issue (i.e. unpin then pin). Seems like a bug. Will investigate later.
