I have an activity (CAPQuiz if it matters) to which I want to add an additional block (I tested with the standard logged in user).
This works as it should with the activity in standalone Moodle, but when I use as an LTI module (through BlackBoard as it happens), the block does not show, even thought the activity otherwise works.
Is this intentional? Or is it a bug? Does anyone know about a workaround?
The reason for the question is that we are developing CAPQuiz and certain features seem to be better modularised as blocks, rather than as monolithic features in CAPQuiz itself. But then we did not see the issue with LTI coming.
