Hi,
We want to add the option where the students/users can rate the courses. I have tried the following plugin - https://moodle.org/plugins/block_rate_course but it doesn't work on latest version of moodle.
Can anyone suggest a way in which we can fulfill this requirement.

Depending on how you want to do the rating, there are a number of different plugins that can be used, such as the Moodle built in activity named, Feedback. Plugin activities you have to install that could be used are Questionnaire and Hot Question. There is also a block, named Poll that could be used.
