hi

 i try install moodle 3.9.1 on hosting with this specification


VersionPlesk Obsidian v18.0.29_build20200825.21 os_Windows 2012/2016/2019
OSMicrosoft Windows 6.2;build-9200;sp0.0;suite400;product3

but after install is completed i get stuck with login page shown in attached image 

please .... can any one help me

I hope you are running moodle on https. if it so check the values at config.php. I think there you have put only http://?? make it https

I'm guessing this isn't a clean install, since you are taken straight to the login page.

Looks like the stylesheet is failing on the login page. This happens if you have a syntax error anywhere in your css/scss.

What is the error, asides from no css which might resolve itself or you can try clearing caches once you complete this page and get to the site...?
