I am using moodle 3.3.
Profile picture of any of the user is not getting uploaded. Email address is not mandatory to give.
If user gives email address tehn there is no problem but if email address is empty then profile picture is not getting uploaded or updated.
Is profile picture is linked with email address?
If yes, please provide solution. I do not want the email address as mandatory field.
