We worked with version 2.9 of moodle, it worked for some years, this year we decided to upload the version to 3.8.2 from scratch, we installed the moodle
on linux centos again, in July it was the last stable version. Until now everything was going well but for a week we have had two problems that have been
solved, but I would like to know according to your experiences what they could be, because I have several hypotheses, I appreciate the collaboration

Backups are being made in version 2.9 courses and are being restored in version 3.8.2,
a hypothesis could be; from restorations, from the previous version (2.9) to the new version (3.8.2), it creates some general units and when I enter them it tells me that it is an error. not finding those tabs.I state the errors:

We managed to log in, but when we entered a course the page was blank.
second mistake: I add an image
It did not allow to enter even the index.
