Inserting Javascript code in user profile (description field)

I know it's not safe to allow users to insert Javascript code in user profile (description field), but I need to do it. I already tried allowing the Trusted Content permissions, and using the Generico Filter but none of that has worked.

Can someone tell me what is the code that I need to modify in Moodle to allow users to insert Javascript code in user profile (description field).

Moodle version is 3.8.1

Are you able to elaborate on what you are trying to achieve? Perhaps with some more information we can find an alternative (safer) solution to reach your intended outcome.
