Hi, This is my situation: Ubuntu 20.04 PostgreSQL 12 PHP 7.4.3 Moodle 3.8.4+ Total users: +229K Did some customization at "Appearance / Default Dashboard page". Hit the "Reset Dashboard for all users" button... After 60 minutes I got the "504 Getaway Timeout". Things I have already tried, but no success: Apache "Timeout" PHP "max_execution_time" and "max_input_time" Any idea? Ricardo

A question that should be asked is - Does the fact that you (the resetting user) get this 504 message necessarily means that the dashboard wasn't reset for some users?

Yes, I can confirm that not all users are reset.

The obvious explanation is that resetting the dashboard is an expensive operation which runs aground for 230 k users. May be there is a PHP CLI version for this operation?
