Hi all,
Since the update to Moodle 3.9.1 i, an admin with full rights, can no longer see the course list on the home page.
Any thoughts?

Could this be theme related? Or would you find it in your Dashboard? Have you considered using Dashboard as the default logged in page? Does remove a number of steps to get to courses if the User has them right there on their personalised Dashboard.
I'm using the same theme as I had before I updated to 3.9 an dit worked then.
I don't want to use the Dashboard and feels like Moodle is forcing the use of the Dashboard on users now over the Home page.

As long as you have a choice then I wouldn't suggest Moodle is forcing anything. I was a little uncomfortable with the idea of the Dashboard to begin with, for similar reasons, actually, but as it reduces the amount of time and clicks a student takes to get to their course materials, it also reduces the number of "It's not working" complaints I get. 😁
