I cant get my Moodle Site to work on mobile app. I already tried almost everything. But still i can't connect it on mobile app. My moodle site is bccedu.site/moodle

Please someone help me.

Have you revised the admin guide (https://docs.moodle.org/en/Moodle_app_guide_for_admins) as well as the FAQs (https://docs.moodle.org/en/Moodle_app_FAQ#I_can.27t_get_the_app_to_work._What_can_I_do.3F)? Please check that your certificate is fine: SSL Checker (https://www.geocerts.com/ssl_checker) and SSL Server Test (https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html). All the checks must be ok, including the "Certificate Chain Complete", otherwise the app might not work.

Dear Isabel,

We have the same issue here.
I've enabled web services for mobile devices. I check the certificate in SSL checker and SSL Server test (overall rating is A). But when I type in user name and password, it says: Error we're having trouble connecting to your site (http://learn.hpi.edu.au).

Could you please help? Thanks!
