Google Analytics doesn't make predictions about learning. It is really designed for sales questions, e.g. converting site hits to sales.
How many people use a separate LRS (e.g. Learning Locker)? Is there interest in having LRS functionality within Moodle?

Ideally one would want the activity records stored in a LRS. You can then add any other records (sources) to the LRS. The analytics processor then runs on the full data set in the LRS as opposed to only on Moodle's data.
