I have been looking at the Student Risk of Dropping Out Model. Is there a way for me to export the "Prediction Details", for the students in a specific course, to a csv file?

I looked at the model action list and also under Reports > Insights. Don't see anything to address this need.
However in 3.8 one can take bulk actions on insights, so I suspect it might be one step closer.

Not yet. You might want to file a tracker issue for this feature so we can see how many people are interested.
