You really shouldn't post same thing in 3 forums ... hmmm .... 'expecting help' .... hmmmm ...
What you deleted was core code, right?
So acquire the same version of code you downloaded to install, unzip it locally, find the folder you deleted ... upload that folder into the same location as it is on the local unzipped archive.
Then visit site Notifications ... fingers crossed, it will re-install.
Learning point ... never delete core code ... if you don't want to use something that's core, hide it.
