Using new module

I searched and could not find this information. 

I need to find the password for printing. I had a rather large class take a course and receive their certificates. None of them can print. It requires a password. I cannot find the password. Is it my admin password? Did I miss it in the documentation?

What plugin are you both using? This is odd as the plugin does not set a password on the certificate.
