I am having problems with new users to www.invest-applied-help.co.uk. Many user have created accounts by email with no problems. However, I get a steady trickle of emails from people who get the confirmatory email, but the link won't work, so the account never gets verified. I often have the email copied to me, and when i try the link, it just takes me to the front page of the site. No changes seem to be made to the list of users. I have tried the link from different domains with the same result, and the poeple having problems stem from many different domains.
I have 2 different oodle sites on the same server, but both use different databases etc. and shouldn't really interact. The other moodle installation doesn't use email authentication, so I don't know if the same thing affects that one.
