Hi,
Does anyone know if Moodle meets the LTI advantage compliance as a publisher and consumer or just as a consumer. I found the link below that talks about it, but not sure if its as a publisher too.

Hi Sandeep - Moodle currently supports LTI 1.3 Advantage as consumer only. There is an open tracker issue MDL-63088 for this.
LTI 1.1 is supported as provider.
LTI 1.1 is supported as provider.
