Create Teams meeting - 404 error

When creating a Teams Meeting from Moodle (using Chrome) I can set the time and date however I then get a 404 error displayed when I click Create. The link generated is correct and works however it isn't ideal seeing the error. Any ideas? Thanks Andrew

We are running v3.8.2 and I'm still experiencing this issue. Has anyone else come across this problem? I believe I have configured everything correctly. Thanks

I've upgraded to 3.9 and the issue still remains? Has anybody found a fix? Thanks

Sorry, we are still getting the above error message. I'm not sure what else to check or change?
